We are looking for hands-on and team oriented Blockchain architect/developer who will build Blockchain based solutions. You will be a part of a uniquely talented and diverse international team building digital games – powered by the Blockchain technology. There are many exciting use cases to leverage the distributed ledger technology in games and enforce the adequate level of security for managing crypto-assets. You will lead the team focusing on open virtual worlds, and decentralized video games where players enjoy true digital ownership, open economies, and the ability to earn valuable and unique items that can be traded outside where it is earned.

Responsibilities
  • Involvement across the board for all technical and functional aspects of blockchain on several game projects
  • Participation in the design, architecture and implementation of the different software components, including smart contracts, frontends and backends
  • Playing a central role in the blockchain game's design, be innovative, assess the feasibility and give insight on cost/benefit for different concepts
  • Enforcing the adequate level of security for managing crypto assets
  • Configuring and deploying nodes in a network
  • Reliable state management
  • Developing higher-level APIs on top of blockchain primitives
  • Interoperability
  • Conducting continuous research on blockchain technologies and keep an eye on any tech stack or standards which can apply to the gaming sector
Requirements
  • A passion for digital games
  • BS or greater, preferably in a science or engineering discipline
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development
  • In-depth understanding of all the technical and functional aspects of blockchain applications (consensus, security models, tokenomics etc.) and crypto-wallets (keys management, UX and the like) robust knowledge of Ethereum or EOS
  • Proficiency with one of the following languages: Go/C++/Rust/Elixir and with JavaScript (Web3)
  • Experience with Smart-Contracts full development cycle (Solidity) and knowledge of the standards for token contracts such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155
  • Preferably experience developing for a multi-tenant cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience designing and developing for large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction volume systems is a big plus
  • Unit-Testing and Continuous Integration processes experience
  • Self-driven: able to innovate, plan, and execute with autonomy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
