The opportunity

This role is for a strong connector who enjoys building trust across cultures and turning conversations into real opportunities.

Based in Casablanca, you will help Beakwise grow across the Maghreb and the Gulf, acting as the commercial bridge between North Africa and fast-moving GCC markets. You will spend time with C-level stakeholders, run discovery conversations, coordinate demos, and guide deals from first meeting to signed agreement.

Required Qualifications

What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • Trilingual fluency (non-negotiable): Arabic, French, and English
    You can build rapport, run meetings, and negotiate confidently across all three languages.
  • 2 to 5 years in a client-facing role such as business development, B2B sales, account management, or consulting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • A self-starter mindset—you can plan your week, move deals forward, and stay organized without micromanagement.
  • Curiosity about technology—you do not need to code, but you want to understand how platforms work so you can sell with confidence.

Big plus

  • Experience selling or delivering enterprise software, digital transformation, or technology services.
  • Familiarity with regulated or complex industries (for example insurance, banking, payments, telecom, public sector, mobility, large-scale enterprise operations).
  • Comfort working with structured sales practices (CRM discipline, pipeline stages, meeting notes, stakeholder mapping, next-step ownership).

What success looks like (first 90 days)

  • You establish a repeatable cadence for outreach, meetings, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene.
  • You build a qualified opportunity pipeline across priority markets and accounts.
  • You can confidently run discovery, position value, and coordinate demos end-to-end.
  • Internal teams trust your deal notes because they are clear, specific, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

Be the face of Beakwise in MENA

  • Own commercial conversations across the Maghreb and the Gulf until our Dubai presence is fully established.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Represent Beakwise at industry events, roundtables, and client meetings.

Create pipeline, not wishful thinking

  • Identify target accounts, map stakeholders, and create a practical outreach plan.
  • Open doors through networking, warm introductions, events, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Keep pipeline clean and current, with clear next actions and realistic forecasting.

Run consultative B2B sales

  • Lead discovery to understand operational pain, priorities, constraints, and buying processes.
  • Coordinate demos with technical teams, translate capabilities into business outcomes, and handle objections with clarity.
  • Shape proposals and commercial packages, then drive the deal to closure with professionalism.

Translate "tech" into business value

  • Explain software capabilities in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Help clients connect the dots between platform capabilities, measurable outcomes, and implementation realities.
  • Act as the bridge between business conversations and technical follow-through.
