A customer initiates a claim via their Mobile App. Our Intelligent Content Manager (ICM) instantly ingests the photos, uses Vision AI to perform a preliminary damage assessment, and extracts all key data. The Customer Journey & Task Manager (CJTM) creates a new case, validates the policy against your Core System in real-time, and intelligently triages the claim for touchless processing or assigns it to the ideal handler.
Step 2: The Augmented Claims Handler
Your claims handler opens the case in the Claims Portal and sees a single, unified view. The AI co-pilot has already provided a summary of the incident and flagged potential fraud indicators. The complete customer history from the Customer Data Platform (CDP) is displayed, allowing the handler to focus on decision-making, not data-hunting.
Step 3: Orchestrated, Empathetic Communication
At every milestone, the CJTM triggers the Customer Communications Mgmt. (CCM) to send a proactive, personalized status update to the customer via their preferred channel (SMS, email, or push notification). The customer can track their claim's progress 24/7 in their Customer Portal, eliminating inbound calls and building trust.
Step 4: Intelligent, Auditable Settlement
Upon approval, the CJTM triggers MoneyIO to orchestrate the final payment to the customer or service provider. The entire transaction is recorded in your Core System, and a detailed remittance advice is sent via the CCM, ensuring a fast, transparent, and fully reconciled settlement.
