About the Role

We are seeking a Business & System Analyst with 2-5 years of experience who refuses to be pigeonholed. You are the bridge. You speak the language of finance executives and the language of software engineers with equal fluency.
Your Mission: Translate, Optimize, Architect
You will be the intellectual engine behind our projects, ensuring that our cutting-edge tech solutions align perfectly with complex business needs.
- Bridge the Gap: You will translate complex financial requirements into precise, actionable technical specifications. You don't just ask "what do you need?"; you ask "how will this system scale?"
- Master the Tech: This is not a non-technical role. You will dive deep into API integrations, data models, and system workflows. You need to understand how the technology works to define what it should do.
- Drive Strategy: Turn raw data into powerful insights. You will analyze complex processes to find efficiencies that others miss, shaping the product roadmap.
- Mentor & Lead: Even with 2-5 years of experience, we expect leadership. You will guide junior team members, share your domain knowledge, and foster a culture of analytical excellence.
The Ideal Candidate: "The Tech-Fluent Strategist"
- Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience, specifically within the Finance, Banking, or Fintech sectors. You understand the unique challenges of this industry.
- Technical Fluency: You can read API documentation, understand database schemas (SQL is a plus), and discuss system architecture with developers. You are not a coder, but you are definitely a technologist.
- Analytical Prowess: You love complex systems. You can visualize workflows, identify edge cases, and create crystal-clear documentation that leaves no room for ambiguity.
- Communication Mastery: You can explain a technical constraint to a CEO and a business goal to a backend engineer without losing meaning in translation.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
