International Business Development Executive – Asia Region

Tashkent R&D Hub
Full-time
3-6 Years of Experience

About This Role

About Beakwise

Beakwise is an international R&D and product company building enterprise-grade software platforms for large organizations. Financial services is our primary focus today (insurance, banking, payments), and our ambition is broader: to become a trusted software and technology products vendor for large enterprises across industries.

The opportunity

You will lead new business development across Asia with an initial focus on Central Asia and surrounding markets, representing Beakwise to enterprise decision-makers and building a pipeline that turns into real deals.

This role is for someone who enjoys:

  • Opening doors with senior stakeholders
  • Turning "interesting chats" into qualified opportunities
  • Translating complex tech into simple business outcomes
  • Traveling to where the decisions are made

Territory and travel

You will be based in Tashkent and travel across the region for client meetings, partner discussions, and industry events. Expect meaningful time in-market.

Real work examples (the kind of things you'll do)

  • Build a pipeline inside a new market by combining targeted outreach, partner motion, and executive-level discovery
  • Run discovery sessions that translate operational pain into a strong demo narrative and a clear business case
  • Shape proposals with our architects so scope, timelines, and delivery approach are credible

Required Qualifications

What we're looking for (must have)

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Full professional proficiency in Russian (written and spoken)
  • 2–5 years in a client-facing role (business development, sales, account management, consulting, or similar)
  • Comfort speaking with senior executives (you can hold the room)
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort with travel across the region and working across time zones
  • Tech curiosity: you don't need to code, but you must learn products and explain value simply

Big plus

  • Experience selling B2B enterprise software, digital transformation, or technology services
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services is a strong advantage)
  • Payments, insurance, or banking domain exposure (or enterprise platform sales in adjacent industries)
  • Additional regional languages (for example Uzbek, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Georgian)
  • Existing network across Central Asia and nearby markets (enterprise accounts, banks/insurers, partners)

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

Pipeline and market development

  • Identify and engage target enterprise accounts across your territory
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline: outreach, discovery, qualification, next steps
  • Develop relationships with C-level stakeholders and influential operators

Consultative sales (end-to-end)

  • Lead discovery and value framing
  • Present Beakwise solutions with clarity and business relevance
  • Own the sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract (with support from leadership and technical teams)

Partnership and ecosystem motion

  • Build relationships with local partners and consultancies where it accelerates access and credibility
  • Represent Beakwise at relevant industry events

Internal coordination

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape demos, proposals, and solution narratives
  • Keep CRM hygiene and reporting clean so leadership can support you effectively

What We Offer

What we offer

  • Regional ownership: real responsibility and room to build
  • Direct access to leadership and technical experts (you won't sell alone)
  • A product and engineering organization you can be proud to represent
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance

Hiring process (what to expect)

  • Intro call (fit, territory, expectations)
  • Practical interview (pipeline, qualification, discovery, deal motion)
  • Final conversation (leadership alignment and next steps)
