Responsibilities
  • Improve and manage an effective IT business plan that is compatible with the overall goals of company
  • Provide corporate leadership, along with the Senior Executive team
  • Monitor goals and IT budget to assess technological performance
  • Discover and implement new technologies that enable competitive advantage
  • Supervise the team about technology to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners
  • Manage IT team with responsibilities for local IT infrastructure, business application and communication systems
  • Continuous optimization of processes by consulting the management team
  • Ensure an efficient and secure IT operation through establishing and maintaining an appropriate, secure environment
  • Introduction, operation and maintenance of local needed IT systems as well as internal company IT systems in coordination with regional IT
  • Coordination and hands-on involvement within IT projects, delivery management and governance of digital projects
  • Providing end-to-end support across the entire digital project management lifecycle
  • Act as a change agent in enhancing the organizational changes required to create and sustain the company’s digital capabilities, culture, and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher Degree in Computer Science, or Mathematical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
  • MBA with a specialization in Information Technology is an asset
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of the IT business and its strategy, operations, business processes, and IT systems
  • Deep knowledge of industry IT strategies and roadmaps, and knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  • Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders of various technical competencies to architect and execute cross-channel digital solutions aimed at meeting core business objectives
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment - moving quickly, adapting well to change, thinking strategically and tactically executing a plan
  • Excellent presentation, organization and negotiation skills
  • Must be fluent in English both speaking and writing
